After booking, you will receive a secure email with intake and consent forms, which must be completed prior to your visit. All appointments are conducted via a HIPAA-secure video platform. You will receive a private link to join your visit at your scheduled time. You may log in a few minutes early to the waiting room, and a brief 5-minute grace period is allowed if you are running late. Please ensure all required forms are completed at least 2 hours before your appointment. If forms are not completed in time, your appointment may be automatically canceled and a late cancellation fee may apply. During your visit, your provider will review your health history, discuss your concerns, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. If appropriate, prescriptions will be sent securely to your preferred pharmacy. If laboratory testing is needed, orders will be sent directly to a lab for your convenience.

On the day of your appointment, record your current weight using a home scale and check your blood pressure if you have a monitor available. All appointments are conducted virtually and can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection.

ReNuMi Virtual Medical Wellness PLLC provides evidence-based care through secure video visits, with a focus on hormonal and metabolic health. Our services include weight management, hormone replacement and optimization, menopause and perimenopause care, and hypothyroidism management. We also offer short-term prescription refills for high blood pressure or diabetes when you have a prior prescription and need urgent continuation as well sick visit. All care is guided by targeted lab testing to ensure safe and personalized treatment.

We do not accept insurance. We offer transparent self-pay services and accept major credit and debit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards. Upon request, we provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider and is not guaranteed.

You will be charged at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All payments are processed securely using your selected payment method.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your visit may be shortened, as appointments cannot be extended. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to a $75 fee. If you miss your appointment, it is considered a no-show, and the full visit fee will be charged.
